A very useful size tribal rug.  This is a vintage piece made by the well-known Turkoman tribe.  The Turkoman people are considered the finest of all tribal weavers. They live in an area in the northeast of Iran. Classic ‘gul’ design chosen from their extensive portfolio of patterns. This vintage rug has been over-dyed.
