One of the well-known names in Persian carpets. Saruk rugs were renowned in the 19th century for quality of their strength and hardiness. They are one of the most sought after rugs in the American market, sometimes known as “American Saruq”.  

Sumak rugs are like a Kilim, in that it is a flat woven mat made of hardy wool, and can also be used as a wall-hanging or throw. This design features traditional motifs in an all-over floral pattern surrounded by a wide border. Soft and delightful.
