For Walk-In Customers:

1. Auckland Customers:

   • If you visit our Auckland showroom and shortlist a selection of rugs, we can bring them directly to your home.
   • You can view the rugs in your space, under your lighting, and decide which one fits best—or decide not to purchase any at all. This service is completely non-obligatory.

2. Out of Auckland Customers:

   • You can take your selected rug(s) with you in your own vehicle or take advantage of our free shipping policy.
   • If you decide the rug isn’t suitable, you can return it.
     • You may arrange the return yourself.
     • Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup, with the cost covered by you.
   • Refunds are processed within 3 working days, provided the returned rug(s) are in the same condition as delivered.

For Online Customers:

1. Purchase your desired rug(s) directly through our website and select the Free In-Home Trial option at checkout.
2. The full amount will be charged at the time of purchase, and shipping is free.
3. If the rug is not the perfect match:
   • You can arrange to return the rug yourself.
   • Alternatively, we can organize a pickup, with the cost covered by you.
4. Refunds are processed within 3 working days, provided the rug(s) are returned in their original condition.

Important Notes:

• Pre-shipment Photos:
  Before sending any rug(s) for a trial, we take detailed photos of the rug’s condition. This ensures transparency for both parties.

• Damage Policy:
  If the returned rug(s) show noticeable damage, we will share photo proof with you and may apply a damage charge at the discretion of House of Haghi.
