As Handmade Rugs are an exceptional value addition to the décor of your home, we offer a complimentary, non-obligatory trial of the Rug/s at your sweet home.
How it works:
Walk-In Customers:
- For Auckland Customers: We can get a range of your short-listed rugs to the Customer’s house, and they can select the right rug. Remember, this is a non-obligatory service, and the Customer has full rights not to buy any of the rugs.
- For Out of Auckland Customers: We have a free shipping policy, or the Customer can carry the selected Rug / s in their own vehicle. However, if the product is not suitable or the Customer wants to return for any reasons, the Customer must arrange to return the product themselves OR we can arrange a pickup at the Customer’s cost.
The refund will be processed within 3 working days subject to the Rug/s received back in same condition as were delivered to the Customer.
Online Customers:
- Online Customers may purchase Rugs directly from our website and click on Free, In-home trial. They will be charged in full, and shipping will be free. In case the product is to be returned under the Free, in-home trial, the Customer must arrange to return the product themselves OR we can arrange a pickup at the Customer’s cost.
- The refund will be processed within 3 working days subject to the Rug/s received back in same condition as were delivered to the Customer.
Note: For all in-home trials, we will take pre-shipment pics of the Rug/s. In case the Rug/s are returned and there is any noticeable damage, it shall be intimated to the customer with photo proof and will attract a damage charge at the discretion of House of Haghi.
